Our trip to Berlin

Our trip to Berlin started on Monday, 31st March, 2008 at 9.40 am at the railway station in Augustfehn. After two hours in the first train we had to change into another train. Two hours later we were in Berlin. From the Berlin main railway station we took the road train and drove to our hostel. In the hostel we chose which pupil could sleep in the four rooms.

After we had made our beds we went outside and tried to find out how Berlin is like. Also we went shopping for a few hours. After our shopping tour I was a bit tierd but then we could have dinner in another hostel. In the evenings we went out or sat together in one room. Also some of us slept. Till 5.00 am everyone was sleeping.

The next morning the weather was warm and sunny, so we went to the "Brandenburger Tor" to the "Reichstag" and to the "Kurfürstendamm". There all the girls went shopping. In the evening we had dinner and then we watched billard. It was an interesting day. On Wednesday we went to the "Sony Center" after breakfast. It is a very huge building. At 5.00 pm we met at the "Fernsehturm". We took alot of pictures. On Thursday we were in the city till 6.00 pm. Then we had dinner.

Our freetime was very good, because we had a lot of fun. Also on Thursday we met people from Denmark. They were very cool, but they spoke just a bit German. In English they told us about their country and their laws. On Friday we had to pack our cases and tidied up our rooms. At 10.00 pm we left the hostel and drove back by train again. All in all, it was a fantastic and cool trip.
